Family with children deserve this
We had a funeral to attend, and the place was just a short drive away. The beds were super comfy, almost like sleeping on a cloud!
It wasn't exactly cheap, but still acceptable.

Room cleanliness could use attention!!! Toilet seat was loose, shower room needed repairs, and housekeeping overlooked details like replenishing basic kitchenware!!!

We absolutely loved the comfy vibes of the Standard Double Room, and I can’t rave enough about the local dining gems nearby! The Gun Inn Findon had some smashing pints, and the Sylvan Oak turned out to be a treasure trove of culinary delights, serving up absolutely cracking dishes that made me want to stay a week longer!
Oh, and while a big mirror would have been a nice touch, it's a small price to pay for a comfy stay.

i had the absolute displeasure of staying in room 11, where the sofa bed was not only dirty but lacked a fitted sheet, how delightful! pillows smelled damp, oh joy! to top it off, a nice complimentary gesture like a room upgrade would have made my stay at this lackluster place bearable, but i suppose they forgot that part.

The location was perfect with easy parking right outside. I loved the comfy vibes in the Standard Double Room. The bed felt luxurious, ensuring a good night's sleep. the heating system proved troublesome. It frequently reverted to a lower temperature, making it pretty cold during the night. The bathroom was a bit cramped, especially the sink, which splashed water everywhere. I noticed some signs of wear and tear in the room, like cracks in the wall and missing basic toiletries. The lack of a towel and loo roll holder was also a disappointment. Despite these issues, I appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and clean linens. I would consider returning only if these concerns were addressed.

Spacious room but heating issues
We stayed in room 7, which was quite spacious and comfortable, but unfortunately, the heating was problematic during our stay. When we returned from dinner, the heater was not working, and it was extremely cold, making it very hard to get a good night's sleep. It was a shame as the room itself had a lot of potential!
